Great Job Drake's Installation team was professional and worked with a purpose ... getting a boiler installed perfectly in a cold weather situation ... AND ... just days before Christmas The continual assurances that Keith made, in that the job would not be left until everything performed as per specs were not "just" words but reality. "Bravo Zulu" (good job Keith) Randy has been out twice since installation Once to fix a thermostat wire (old existing wire) and the second time to do annual preventative maintenance. He exhibits pride and professionalism and is always welcome as a technician here. Great Job to all the people at Drake that make what I see as a first class company.
