Your policy concerning coming for your appointment if no one answers the phone. Twice we had appointments and twice we had no shows because no one was inside the house to answer the phone. The second time I was told the line was busy on home phone - that's a good sign someone could be home. Why am I expected to sit by my phone waiting for a call? Most appointments call 1 or 2 business days prior.
