Spring tune-up on HVAC system. Heat pump repair. Diagnose and perform annual ac spring maintenance service plan on Amana (brand) cooling system. Clear drain lines and replace bad condensate pump on 3 year old HVAC system with R-410a. Heating and cooling maintenance complete which will help lower heating cost for this residential customer. Cooling system is now ready for spring and summer weather.
