During my seasonal tune up something went wrong and several parts were damaged. I called them and that we're back out the next day. They found the mistake that was made, ordered the replacement parts needed and came back and made the repairs no questions ask. They never tried to explain it away as not there fault. They stood behind there word and made it right. Not all companies will do that. Most will try and figure out how to get out of the cost of the repairs. How they responded says a lot about the integrity of there company. As a side note, the gentleman who made the mistake was right back with the technician to learn from his mistake. I highly recommend this company. Integrity can still be found out there!!!!
