Daikin Service Call

Allen arrived on time, checked out the 5 yr old Daikin. The outdoor unit had been making some noise and vibrating a bit. He cleaned the grills, fan and inside then checked the coolant levels which were all good. Now runs smooth and quiet. I will definitely use Eagle again.

Chris was knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. Both my dad and I were impressed with his comfortable professionalism. He knew exactly what to test and explained to us what was going on. He also helped us reach our heating goals in quickly resetting our programmable thermostat, through features I did not know about. It took him less than a couple of minutes after I had struggled for hours and thought it was broken. Kudos to Chris. We are thankful for his smile and great service! The office staff was also friendly and helpful. The cost was a bit higher than expected and because it was winter months, we had to wait longer for appointment availability.
