The service technicians were very knowledgeable. They came into the house with booties and masks on. They went about their work in a very through and productive manner. They kept me up to date as to the status of the installation. I was very impressed with the entire team. Jacob went over with me the operation of the furnace and told me if there were any questions the company would be able to answer them . I felt very confident in their work.

Had a balky on-demand propane water heater. Called Eagle and was advised on all potential DIY fixes (at no charge). After personal unsuccessful attempts, asked for a service call. That was prompt, efficient, courteous and priced reasonably, even tho the location is not near Port Ludlow. Very impressed -- will use Eagle again whenever plumbing or HVAC work is needed in their area.

These guys saved the day! After another company gave us the complete runaround and we had to fire them I did what I should have done in the beginning and I hired Eagle. These guys were on time, true to their word, did an excellent job, and were professional the entire time! On the day of install there were like 6 or 7 people at my place and they got a 2 day job done in 1! I cannot not recommend them enough. I am a real estate broker and I will be referring them to all of my clients.
