Rich S and all the techs are great at ECI. We woke to no heat in our home called before hours and talked with someone and explained our situation. My husband has a rare form of ALS and temperature effects his mobility. Rich came out quickly and worked tirelessly to get our problem fixed. I highly recommend ECI.

My heater broke down at night. I set up an appointment online for next day service. Heater was fixed and running by 11:00 AM.

Found indoor head and outdoor not working reading a 9 and 7 error code. Called tech support and reset outdoor unit. System is up and running at this time. Tech support stated error code is a resettable error due to blockage or high wides on outdoor unit condenser fan motor. If it comes back in again and does not reset we will have to replace boards and condenser fan motor per tech support. Call and confirm with tech support if it comes back in
