We ran out of oil in Sept. Our heater was having some troubles staying running. James cleaned the heater and did a great job getting the heater running smoothly again.

We've used ECI for everything in the three homes we've owned over the years - 2 gas furnaces, a heat pump, an AC unit and now an electric hot water heater. Every time, ECI is friendly and provides the best service. On all our other work we compared prices and ECI was the best price every time. This time we didn't compare... while I felt it was probably a little more expensive for the hot water heater with ECI, I doubt the quality would have been as good with anyone else. Matt was able to relocate our hot water heater, ran new piping, installed a new breaker box next to the unit, and really went above and beyond...
