Service was good however I would recommend that the employees carry a natural gas detector because they had to come back twice for gas leaks

ECI employees were great however after having the Nest thermostat for 2 years I must say that the Infinity thermostat stinks!!!!! It is not responsive and just not consumer friendly. I would not recommend a Carrier A/C because of the thermostat!!
