ECI and the technician Kris are great. They were so nice on the phone, showed up exactly at the time they said he would and of course fixed my heater problem. They didn't do a lot of up selling, but I will be calling them about a contract. They have good deals with that too. I'm so happy they were recommended to me by a friend.
