Great service on a weekend! Our furnace failed to go on this morning & it was an unusually cold spring day with temperatures around 27°F . When we woke up this morning the temperature in the house was around 55°. We called ECI and within three hours the technician was here, diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermocouple. The furnace began to work immediately and we then had a pleasantly warm house. The technician was pleasant and professional. We are long-standing customers of ECI and quite satisfied with their service for both our air conditioning system (Which they installed) and our furnace.

Technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Office staff are also readily available (i.e. a real person answers the phone) and offer good support and information.

One of our two air-conditioning units was not cooling. I contacted the answering service and one of the technicians who has worked for us in the past. The technician responded the same evening and arranged for a technician to come and service our malfunctioning unit The following afternoon. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and went on to his next assignment

We had lost heat in kitchen several weeks ago. Chis had come and done a great job getting it back on line and let Paul know there was a leak. Rick came and fixed the leak. He was prompt, was clear in his explanations 9f what he had done and coverall very pleasant.

Our neighbors recommended ECI. Ultimately, we got several estimates for replacing an air conditioning unit that failed after > 25 years of service. The ECI estimator spent considerable time explaining our options including available rebates and discounts. Other companies gave only a single estimate without explanation or multiple options/estimates but without explanations. ECI came in with the lowest bid and quickly made changes to the proposed work in response to some last minute questions we had. The installers completed the job in one day and left the site clean. ECI also recommended we have our AC ducts cleaned, supervised the work and coordinated it so that too would be done on the same day as the installation. The installer even returned to repair a small area of damage to a door frame molding because ECI wanted us to be 100% satisfied. We are!! And we have recommended ECI to another household.
