Our heating mysteriously malfunctioned. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. It took a couple of visits, but eventually Mike was able to identify the part that needed replacement. He was very patient in finding the problem to make sure we would not have to pay for the replacement of expensive components that did not cause the problem. In the end it was just a defective relay that could be ordered separately, which saved us a lot of money! Excellent service!
