I’ve never had a bad experience with ECI. The job is always well done, professional and done with respect to my home, leaving their work area cleaner than it was before they did the work…a special shout out to Rich who seems to have an almost mystical connection to our heating and ac systems! As an aside, I got to see what a great mentor he is …I wouldn’t have expected otherwise.
