Great Service

I carry no contracts with any heating company like most people. Because of this many companies have not wanted to provide service or they could come out in 6 weeks or so. Not ECI. I have now used them for a couple years for oil service which has been great and then last year I need to replace my heater and they did a bang up job. I did not need to but I decided to replace my oil tank and sure enough they came out with the best pricing the install was fabulous. So for some reason there were 2 rooms not heating so I called to get some service. I fully expected to be taken care of in a week, after all it was just 2 rooms. But instead I got same day service and they fixed my problem. Rich did an excellent job and I would recommend ECI especially to anyone not under a contract.
