We recently repaired a York furnace in Berkeley Heights, NJ that wasn’t heating due to a faulty control board. Our technician quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the bad control, and restored the unit’s heating function. The furnace is now running efficiently, ensuring the home stays warm. Timely repairs like this help prevent further system issues.
Performed annual preventative maintenance on a Rheem RP1418AJ1NA air conditioning system. Cleaned the condenser coil using a Fin Groom coil comb tool and Nu-Calgon CalClean coil cleaner solution. Flushed the condensate drain line with a high-pressure nitrogen line to clear any blockages. Checked refrigerant charge by measuring subcooling and superheat values across the system. Added 10 oz of R-22 refrigerant to achieve 8°F subcooling per manufacturer specs. Replaced the air filter with a new 20x25x1 MERV 8 pleated filter. Tested all electrical components including run capacitors, contactors, and safety controls. Lubricated the condenser fan and blower motors with Supco SPL synthetic lubricant.
Performed comprehensive maintenance on a single-zone air conditioning system in Holly Springs, NC. Inspected and cleaned evaporator and condenser coils to optimize heat exchange. Checked refrigerant levels and ensured proper airflow. Lubricated moving parts and tightened electrical connections for efficiency and safety. Conducted thermostat calibration and system testing to confirm peak performance. The system is now primed for reliable cooling throughout the season in Holly Springs, NC.
Completed a furnace repair this morning in Berkeley Heights, NJ, addressing issues with a Lennox Elite Series furnace. Replaced a faulty ignition system in about 45 min, ensuring consistent warmth for the household.
