Arrived to perform routine maintenance on the 2-zone Carrier furnace, ensuring both zones were receiving optimal airflow and heat distribution. After thoroughly cleaning the burners and inspecting the heat exchanger, I calibrated the thermostat for improved efficiency. With the maintenance complete, the furnace was running smoothly, providing reliable heat to both zones for the homeowner’s comfort.
working in Bernards, NJ for a valued client. I installed a Honeywell Home UV2400U5000 UV air purifier in a residential HVAC system. This unit was mounted inside the ductwork to neutralize airborne contaminants such as bacteria, mold, and viruses. I connected it to the HVAC system and ensured proper electrical wiring. After installation, I tested the unit to confirm the UV light was functioning effectively. This air purifier will significantly improve the home's indoor air quality by reducing harmful pathogens circulating through the system.
