We recently completed a furnace repair in Branchburg, NJ on a Trane XR90 unit. The furnace was experiencing intermittent heating issues due to a faulty igniter. Our technician replaced the igniter, tested the system, and ensured the furnace was functioning efficiently. The Trane XR90 is now back to delivering reliable heat throughout the home.
Diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning Rheem RARL-JEZ air conditioning unit in Branchburg, NJ. Identified faulty dual capacitor using Klein Tools MM400 multimeter. Replaced with a new TITAN PRO TOCF45 45/5 MFD 370/440V capacitor. Cleaned condenser coils with Nu-Calgon 4291-08 Nu-Brite, improving heat dissipation. Recharged system with R-410A refrigerant using Fieldpiece SRL8 digital recovery machine. Installed new Honeywell TH6320WF2003 Wi-Fi thermostat for improved temperature control. Conducted final performance test, confirming proper operation and cooling capacity. System now functioning efficiently, providing optimal comfort for the homeowner.
