Performed preventative maintenance on a Trane XR16 air conditioning unit. Cleaned condenser coils using Nu-Calgon CalClean. Replaced air filters with new 20x25x1 MERV 8 pleated filters. Checked refrigerant charge, adding 6 oz of R-410A. Tested electrical components and safety controls. Lubricated motors with Supco SPL lubricant.
