We had a heating prep service call scheduled from 12-4 and got a call someone was available earlier and Shane showed up before 10. We’ve never had that happen before and it was great Shane was very professional and wore gloves and mask and booties. He was sensitive to our COVID concerns and was overall a pleasure to have working here

In the course of the AC maintenance, I detected issues with both the refrigerant and condensate lines. The refrigerant line had a minor leak, reducing system efficiency, while the condensate line was partially blocked, hindering water flow. I repaired the leak in the refrigerant line, then flushed and cleared the condensate line of obstructions. These actions ensured the system's efficiency and prevented potential water damage.
