Ened Bozo was very courteous, professional, and thorough. In addition to taking care of my equipment, he also explained how to do a little maintenance myself in between service calls to extend the life of the furnaces and get the most out of them. I feel like he went above and beyond what was required of him. The scheduling team made a mistake on the arrival window for the technician and I ended up twiddling my thumbs waiting for an extra hour after I had been told he was on his way, but the technician himself was fantastic!
