Installed a new air conditioner in a residential property, using a Carrier Infinity 21 system. Connected the unit to the existing ductwork, installed the condenser, and set up the Infinity Touch Thermostat for remote access. Tested the system for proper airflow and cooling capacity, ensuring the homeowner's comfort and energy efficiency.
For the annual HVAC service, lubricating moving parts, testing system controls, and cleaning the blower components. I also measured airflow and inspected ductwork for leaks, ensuring the system's efficiency and reliability are maintained throughout the coming year.
Completed the annual tune-up in Manalapan Township, NJ! Ensured optimal furnace performance with thorough maintenance tasks: Swept or vacuumed dust around the furnace and registers for unobstructed airflow. Vacuumed burners and around the furnace base. Used a flashlight to spot soot, indicating combustion issues. Removed and cleaned the blower, including blades, compartment, belts, and pulleys. Vacuumed heat vents for efficient operation. Replaced disposable filters, noting size and type, and ensuring proper disposal. Inspected combustion air openings, flue pipe, drive belt, pilot, flame sensor, vents, panels, drain lines, and electronic thermostat. Your heating system is now prepped for the rest of the cold weather.
