Response from Edison Heating & Cooling:
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We're glad to hear you had a great experience with us.
Andrew was great. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and fixed the issue right away.
We had a scheduled service of our Furnace/Forced air system. Forgot the name but a very respectful & quality tech. Simply a joy to deal with & very communicative. Thank you!
Completed a two-unit heating tune-up on Carrier furnaces, inspecting and securing all electrical connections to ensure proper function and seal. Verified that the pressure switch operates within specified ranges, checked gas pressure, cleaned the flame sensor, and replaced both Aprilaire filters. Additionally, inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipes and confirmed that return, duct, and supply temperatures are within the optimal high differential range.
Installed Carrier Infinity 24VNA9 3-ton variable-speed AC in Montclair, NJ residence. Matched with FE4ANF003 air handler featuring Greenspeed intelligence. Utilized 3/8" liquid and 7/8" suction lines. Charged system with 7.2 lbs of R-410A. Integrated Infinity System Control SYSTXCCITC01-B for full communicating functionality. Achieved 20.5 SEER and 13 EER ratings. System operates between 25-100% capacity for optimal efficiency. Final testing showed 45-130 CFM/ton variable airflow.

Completed AC repair on a Daikin DX20VC unit in Montclair, NJ. Diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil and a malfunctioning expansion valve. Repaired the leak and replaced the expansion valve to ensure proper refrigerant flow. Recharged the system with R-410A refrigerant, ensuring optimal levels. Cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils to enhance efficiency. Checked and adjusted system pressures for accurate superheat and subcooling values. Secured all electrical connections and tested the thermostat for precise temperature control. The unit is now operating efficiently, providing consistent and reliable cooling for the homeowner.
