On Sunday night, our central air developed a leak into the ceiling below it. Called Edison Heating & Cooling, left a message. They promptly returned the call the next day and arranged an appointment for Tuesday. (I would have liked faster, but understood. Also, I have a maintenance contract, which helped.) Today, they sent their tech Remy Rodriguez out. He was personable and helpful, happily answering all of our questions. He fixed the issue and offered us some great advice on keeping our central air running for the long term. The price of the service was reasonable, and my spouse and I felt happy with the visit.
