To start off Chris was on time called ahead to let us know he was on his way. I had asked him a few questions he answered them so I could understand what he was talking about. He then checked out our entire a/c unit everything was working fine. Want Chris back next year.

Performed AC maintenance on a ductless mini-split system. Checked refrigerant levels with a manifold gauge and added R-410A as needed. Cleaned the indoor air handler filters and coils using a foaming coil cleaner to ensure efficient operation. Inspected and tightened electrical connections. Verified the condensate drain was clear and functional. Tested the outdoor unit for proper compressor operation. Ensured the system operated efficiently and provided optimal cooling throughout the serviced area.
Completing the annual heating maintenance on a Carrier Infinity Series furnace in Sayreville, NJ. I checked and replaced air filters, and tightened electrical connections for safety. I then calibrated the thermostat for precise temperature control. Conducted a thorough system check to ensure peak efficiency.
