Edison HVAC is always dependable. Understandably some Techs are better than others. Today I had NICK and he was knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. He’s one I will request in the future!

Nick Alexiou came to service our steam boiler for its annual clean/tuneup today, 9/24/24. He arrived promptly(in fact 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He left the area around the boiler neat and tidy when he left. Highly recommended technician!

Routine furnace maintenance and ductless maintenance
In Scotch Plains, NJ, I performed a heat tune-up on a Carrier system, model 59SC5. I inspected the heat exchanger for cracks and cleaned the burners for smooth operation. The blower motor was tested, and I adjusted the fan belt for proper airflow. I replaced the air filter to enhance efficiency and checked the thermostat calibration for accurate temperature control. I also inspected all safety controls and cleaned the flame sensor for reliable heating. This Carrier model is now fully optimized for efficient and safe operation during the colder months.
