Completed maintenance on a single-zone AC system. Inspected and cleaned the condenser coils and evaporator coil to remove any debris and ensure optimal heat exchange. Checked refrigerant levels and adjusted as needed. Tested the blower motor and capacitor for proper operation and lubricated all moving parts. Ensured the thermostat was calibrated correctly. After servicing, the system was tested for efficient cooling performance and is now operating smoothly, providing reliable comfort.
