The technician who came to our house (John Netto ) was really great! Polite, courteous, and very patient while he answered all of my questions. He seemed to really know his stuff and was happy to explain what he was doing with each component. Our house has 2 furnaces and 2 AC units so he was here for hours. He spotted some issues that could lead to serious problems down the road (like potential flooding), but he suggested some steps we could take very inexpensively to avoid those problems, and offered ideas for some interim fixes on other components that we could use before having to replace a whole furnace for many thousands of dollars. All in all, I got really good vibes from this guy. He seemed very honest and thorough. And for what it's worth, my pet husky absolutely loved him, despite being very picky with humans and often being distrustful of strangers.
