Todays schedule visit has solidified Edison as a topnotch outfit to me. The professionalism displayed bu the dispatch technician is testament to the crew as a whole. He made me at ease with the care he took to make sure both my family and himself were safe. He took the time to walk me through every step of the maintenance visit to assure that every thing was above board. The knowledge he showed in both answering my questions as well as why certain procedures taken to perform the tasks at hand was appreciated.
