Today, I conducted an HVAC system check-up for a commercial client. Initial Delta T testing revealed a 13° split, which increased to approximately 19° after reattaching a loose panel. External static pressure readings showed .4wc for return and .2wc for supply, totaling .6wc. Blower wheel and evaporator coil were found clean, and compressor run capacitor was within tolerance. The condenser fan run capacitor tested good. I plan a revisit in a month for further investigation. Overall, repairs were made, and a follow-up visit is scheduled to ensure continued proper functioning.
