Andres called when he was on his way and arrived just when he said he would. He investigated all possible reasons for the problem in the system that was keeping it from cooling efficiently. He clearly informed us of what the problem was, and ordered the new parts to resolve the situation. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and I would be happy to have him come out again to trouble shoot should there is the need for another call. Replaced faulty blower fan motor in a Carrier 59SC5A furnace at Woodbridge Township residence. Diagnosed issue using Fluke 87V multimeter, confirming motor failure. Installed new Genteq 3/4 HP ECM motor (5SME39SL0310) for improved efficiency. Upgraded capacitor to Mars 12010 run capacitor. Calibrated motor using GE TECMate Pro software for optimal performance. Upon further investigation, the capacitor, crucial for motor startup and operation, was found to be failing. Both components were promptly replaced with compatible, high-quality parts.
