Andres called when he was on his way and arrived just when he said he would. He investigated all possible reasons for the problem in the system that was keeping it from cooling efficiently. He clearly informed us of what the problem was, and ordered the new parts to resolve the situation. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and I would be happy to have him come out again to trouble shoot should there is the need for another call. I look forward to the parts coming in, and the problem being completely resolved.
very nice . answer all my questions. on time for appointment
Very good experience! John was friendly, polite and through. We would enjoy having him do our service again
Conducted thorough maintenance on Trane XR14 air conditioning system. Cleaned condenser coils with Viper Coil Cleaner. Verified refrigerant charge using Testo 550s digital manifold. Replaced 45/5 MFD dual run capacitor with TITAN PRO TOCF45. Flushed condensate line with BioFresh. Inspected ductwork for leaks using FLIR ONE Pro thermal camera. Replaced air filter with MERV 13 Nordic Pure. Calibrated Nest Learning Thermostat. System now operating at optimal efficiency.
Replaced faulty blower fan motor in a Carrier 59SC5A furnace at Woodbridge Township residence. Diagnosed issue using Fluke 87V multimeter, confirming motor failure. Installed new Genteq 3/4 HP ECM motor (5SME39SL0310) for improved efficiency. Upgraded capacitor to Mars 12010 run capacitor. Calibrated motor using GE TECMate Pro software for optimal performance. Cleaned blower wheel with Simple Green to remove debris. Verified proper amperage draw and CFM output using Testo 417 anemometer. System now operates quietly with enhanced airflow, ensuring consistent heating and cooling throughout the home.
Performed AC service in Woodbridge Township for Edison Heating and Cooling. Checked refrigerant pressures, cleaned condenser coils, and replaced the air filter. Tested the thermostat calibration and inspected the blower motor and capacitor. Verified all electrical components and connections. The system is now optimized for efficiency and reliability, ensuring consistent cooling performance.
Responded to a call regarding an air conditioning unit with a faulty blower. Performed diagnostic tests and identified the issue as a failed blower motor assembly. Followed proper lockout/tagout procedures and disconnected power to the indoor air handler unit. Removed the existing blower motor and installed a new direct-drive replacement rated for the specified CFM and static pressure requirements. Realigned pulleys, secured belt tensioner, and validated proper rotation. Enabled system restart and confirmed adequate airflow across the evaporator coil. Verified the unit was operating within designed temperature split and refrigerant pressures. Blower motor replacement restored designed airflow for efficient cooling.

During a recent AC maintenance visit, I cleaned the condenser coils, replaced the air filter, and checked the refrigerant levels to ensure optimal cooling efficiency. I also inspected the electrical connections and tested the thermostat for accuracy. This preventative maintenance is crucial for enhancing the system’s reliability and performance throughout the cooling season.
While servicing a Goodman GSX16 HVAC unit, a significant issue was identified with the blower motor, which was not operating at its intended capacity, leading to inadequate air circulation throughout the premises. Upon further investigation, the capacitor, crucial for motor startup and operation, was found to be failing. Both components were promptly replaced with compatible, high-quality parts. Additionally, a thorough cleaning of the unit’s interior was conducted to remove any debris that could impede performance, ensuring the system now runs smoothly and efficiently.
