Justin did a great job. He called to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and a good tech. He explained what he did and answered questions that I asked.

Travis explained everything, was prompt, did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with the service. I wasn't pleased with the cost but that is my fault for not asking when I made the appointment.

Completed furnace test and tune. Got joe out to discuss new system, new system to be installed tomorrow.
Replace secondary heat exchanger and main blower motor
Completed pre paid inspection and additional inspection for two air conditioners. One does lower and one does the upper. One still runs on R22 one has been updated. The R22 system is starting to show signs of failure, add several recomendations. Declined all others at this time.
Service call water on floor due to backup up AC drain line.
Installed new humidifier solenoid valve, part under warranty, only labor charge. Ensured proper operation. No other issues at this time.
Completed furnace test and tune. No operational issues with furnace. Did determine that the solenoid valve for the steam humidifier is bad. The part is under warranty but out of labor warranty. Ordered part from Irr and scheduled appointment to come back out to install for May 13th at 8am
