It was the first time that I met Justin. He was an excellent worker. He got right to the job of checking our 2 furnaces for the winter. I had purchased new furnace filters and Justin changed them for me. I would definitely have Justin return whenever I needed any service done by Emerald.

Completed furnace and ac test and tune on two systems. Installed new 15mfd run capacitor and humidifier pad on furnace in basement. Corrosion is present on furnace in the basement. Other than these issues both systems are functional and within specifications at this time.
Test and tune on 2 Amana high efficiency natural gas furnaces.
Completed furnace test and tune, discussed comfort select plan and whole house humidifier. Renewed comfort select plan for future inspections. No operational issues, igniter starting to get closer to 80ohms, static pressure is slightly high, and corrosion is present on heat exchanger but passed smoke test at this time.
