Very informative service person concerning expected life of our furnace and a/c. Explanation of workings of equipment and comparisons to new models for sale helped us about what to expect when we close to replace ours.

Test and tune on Peerless high efficiency natural gas boiler.
Test and tune on Carrier air conditioner.
After thorough diagnostics found plugged filter, dirty humidifier pad, plugged condenser coil, and low refrigerant. Installed new filters, added 2lbs of r410a, placed drain tablet in Evan pan, and cleaned condenser. Suction at 130 superheat 24 discharge pressure at 264. No other issues found at this time.
