Found floor drain backed up. Discussed installing condensate pump to ensure water drains properly every time. Customer did not want the pump, just wanted to clear out drain line. Cleared drain line and ensured all drains are clear for ac and furnace also placed condensate drain line pellets in the tubes to treat the water.
Service call no cool for Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner.
After inspecting entire system determined that the circuit breaker being off was the cause of why no cold air was coming out. Then found dual capacitor out of tolerance, installed new one. Discussed comfort select plan for future inspection on furnace, signed up for plan. No other issues found at this time. Only concern is that the system runs on R22 which is the old style of refrigerant, if system needs Freon past this year we will not have any.
