I have maintenance contracts with Emerald for my furnace and (2) A/C units. Each time I need support, they are there 24/7, and every Emerald employee is always polite, and knowledgeable about the product they are servicing. Called and talked to tech support and determined the gas control valve. Tank was under warranty and so part is being shipped straight to customer. Customer decided that they where going to replace part when it comes in and will call us if there are any issues
Test and tune on Rheem natural gas furnace.

First year checkup on Amana furnace and air conditioner.
Determine that the control board was failing and not keeping the blower motor on through entire cooling cycle. Installed warranty control board and ensured proper operation. Also installed new run capacitor for blower motor to ensure smooth and normal operation of blower. Outdoor unit was filthy, cleaned off, furnace filter is really dirty, customer is going to get new filters. No other issues at this time.
