2020 Lennox Furnace (attic) and AC – Maintenance Performed Work Performed: Completed full Lennox furnace maintenance (attic location). Completed full Lennox AC maintenance and inspection. Results: Furnace is operating normally, no safety concerns. AC is functioning properly. Overall system in good condition. Maintenance Checklist: Checked and replaced air filter. Inspected blower assembly and motor. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Tested ignition and safety controls. Inspected heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion. Verified proper venting and clear condensate drain. Tested thermostat operation and cycling. Inspected refrigerant levels and coil condition. Cleaned outdoor AC condenser and surrounding area.
