Woke up and our AC wasn’t working- during a heat wave- tried to call several places and was given an appointment the next day. Called Evans and left a message - got a call back that someone would be there in an hour. Jordan, the service technician, showed up 40 minutes later and got our AC back working within 15 minutes. The coast of the repair was exactly what I was quoted on the phone ( less expensive than the other two places I called) . He also did a few diagnostics and checked a few things just to make sure there were no other issues. I will be getting Evans back to check my furnace prior to the winter.
