Rooftop unit service call , filter very dirty , with no filter unit ran with out issue , furnace is very old and dirty
Furnace and air conditioning maintenance Furnace is in good shape. Blower motor is very loud on start up, and seems to be struggling to get up to speed. Recommend replacement before winter season. Recommend duct cleaning as well. Air conditioning is in great shape. No issues or concerns found
