Josh detected, explained, and gave options to resolve the problems. He worked overtime to fix problems to give us relief from the extreme heat. He is professional, respectful, and an expert with his work. He also gave a follow up call the next day to be sure everything was ok. We are very appreciative of Josh for all he did!
