We received great service. Noah came in and turned the air conditioner on and heard the noise the fan was making. He immediately turned the unit off and started to open up the unit to remove the fan. He put the cover back and and took the fan withhold son he could order r a new one. When he brought the new fan he immediately worked to install it. The new one works great and is a little quieter. Joah was very professional in his work.

From my initial call for service to the end of the technician's visit, Excel is efficient and professional. They offer a variety services. My technician Josh is punctual, considerate and really knows his stuff. I found Excel on Angie's list originally. But have kept them as my one point of contact for CH & A and plumbing issues. This business is honest and upfront. Never any surprises. I call Excel/Josh when I'm unsure about problems that come up because I can trust their advice. I'm also comfortable having them in my home. Excel came out and looked at our old unit, then gave us options to fix the old unit or cost to replace unit. We chose a new unit. It was ordered and then installed two weeks later. All new frame was installed on the outside of the home where the unit comes thru the wall. The technician then caulked around the outside to seal it all.
