Purchased a home and moved in, 2 days later the AC died. Called express and they responded same day. After having the unit looked at, came to the conclusion best option was to replace. I picked the unit. Mid tier high quality. No attempt to upscale. They showed up in the morning and installed without any issues.

Ryan was on time! Very courteous and knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and told me, that my unit still looked good, no reason to worry. He fixed the coolant leek and I’m very satisfied. Called these folks on a price for our broken upstairs unit. Mike was there within hours and his price was so fair that I bought one for downstairs too. 24hrs later they had both units in. Couldn't be happier. Replacement crew was very experienced and professional. Made sure everything was perfect and schooled me on the new thermostat. I am very pleased with this company and the way they made us a priority. Recommend 100%

Unit not cooling found bad txv under warranty. Ordered parts and will return to fix unit.
Zoned unit not cooling found a bad damper motor. Replaced damper and checked system operation
Unit leaking water. Insulation inside unit coming loose causing air flow issues. Water falling off coil and drain stopped up.
Office unit not cooling. Found blown fuse and a bad board. Replaced fuse and board and unit is cooling.
Cleared drain on unit and checked Air Handler to ensure proper system operation.
