I was very satisfied with the quality of repair efforts made by the tech who serviced my HVAC system However, the appointment time system is not up to standards. The text messages I received indicating appointment times were not accurate. According to customer service this is a known problem, So, why is the system used? Also, it would be appropriate to notify customers that the text system is not functional at the time service is requested.
