The furnace is on the second floor and it’s a up flow system. The duct work that’s in place is not distributing the air correctly and evenly throughout the house. Our Comfort Specialist will be out here next day to take a look at the system and advise on the best solution.
Called out for no heat. Found water safety pan full and water safety tripped. Removed 5 gallons of water and traced issue back to condensate line/secondary drain not properly connected and pitching back to the furnace instead of the drain. After correcting those issues, furnace would try to ignite but combustion would not occur due to flue holding water in the attic causing improper pressure. Hung flue via strapping to achieve proper pitch. After lifting flue, water flooded inducer motor due to amount of standing water in flue pipe. Removed and cleared inducer assembly, reinstalled and verified proper operation of furnace at this time. Tenant had issues with main room power not coming on, found breaker tripped. Reset and power was provided to that area, might want to have electrician inspect wiring.
Replaced compromised portion of exhaust flue causing water leak.
Performed fall tuneup in gas furnace, this is first visit on new contract. System is operating properly at this time. Carbon monoxide test passed at 0ppm. Homeowner had concerns with condensation around flue pipes going into the attic. Found portion of flue cracked. Scheduled flue repair for 11/18 8-9 arrival. Ac fan is not operational- decision was made to wait until spring to address issue.
Installed sharkbite and water line. Tested humidifier everything is working well at this time. Water heater is relit.
Performed furnace tuneup, this is last visit on current contract. Filter was in upside down, changed to proper orientation. Carbon monoxide levels at 0ppm, system is functioning properly at this time.

Could not recreate problem. Subcooling is 10 degrees. Indoor coil operating at 54 degrees with no drop. Blower is ecm and pulling 1.6 amps and not getting hot. All vents open. Could not recreate issue.
Not able to run hood vent. Will have to come back to run it after carpenter returns
Completed b1 on Ac. Condenser coil was dirty. Cleaned coil. All readings are within manufacture specs and system is operating correctly at this time. Recommend replacement due to age of system.
