B1 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system. Everything is working well at this time.
Preventative maintenance on furnace in Brownsburg

Changed setting in thermostat and releveled. Inducer making some noise. Going to replace under warranty
Performed furnace tuneup. This is first visit on new contract. Rubber water supply tube from solenoid to humidifier assembly is torn. Homeowner elected to not replace line at this time, unhooked power supply to solenoid until replacement to ensure no water issues. If repair is made, water panel should be replaced. Bacteria growth and heavy particulates are active in ductwork- recommend installing air scrubber to improve indoor air quality. Blower wheel starting to accumulate buildup. Performed B1 Furnace tuneup, this is first visit on new contract. Found blower wheel with significant buildup accumulating, no oil residue on motor or overamping is occuring currently. If left untreated, excess stress will be put on motor causing failure and loss of efficiency. Recommend advanced blower assembly pull/clean, upgrading filtration to polarized media filter and installing air scrubber to prevent reoccurance after cleaning. Performed fall tuneup on two systems. Carbon monoxide test passed at 0ppm on both. Main system for house has flame sensor tip cracked- currently is operational but recommend replacing before failure. Replaced flame sensor and verified proper operation at this time.
B2 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and tested heating system. Everything is working well at this time. Humidifier not running at this moment, it has a clogged drain line into the home.
Preventative maintenance on furnace in Brownsburg
Arrived on site to perform B2 fall tuneup. Found rust and oxidation on bottom of heat exchanger plates and intermittently throughout chamber. Found two holes while running inspection camera. Pulled blower and verified two cracks with separation. Furnace is unsafe to run with compromised heat exchanger. Furnace is 18 years old and outside of average lifespan. Blower motor has substantial buildup and has oil residue on casing. Turned off gas cock and advised not to operate until heat exchanger is replaced or new Furnace installed

The new aluminum transition was making noise when blower was shutting off. Added a couple screws to secure the metal. Everything is ok now.
Completed b2 on Ac. Filter is clean and temperature drop is 17.7°. Condenser coil is clean and all readings are within manufacture specs. System is operating correctly at this time.
Completed b2 on Ac. Replaced filter with customer provided filter. Temperature drop is 18.2°. Condenser coil was dirty, cleaned coil. All readings are within manufacture specs and system is operating correctly at this time.
