Performed B1 Furnace tuneup, this is first visit on new contract. Found blower wheel with significant buildup accumulating, no oil residue on motor or overamping is occuring currently. If left untreated, excess stress will be put on motor causing failure and loss of efficiency. Recommend advanced blower assembly pull/clean, upgrading filtration to polarized media filter and installing air scrubber to prevent reoccurance after cleaning.
