Replaced smashed ductwork supply run with R8 insulated flex duct, verified proper airflow
Performed B2 heating tuneup. System is operating properly at this time. Due to renovations, recommend checking filter every month- possibly change to 1" and change weekly during this time. Called out for second opinion. Found pressure switched not maintaining proper inches of wc. to stay closed. Pressure was bouncing from .73 on startup to 1.23. When combustion occurred, pressure switch would drop out causing sequence to cancel. Verified multiple components operation and isolated down to plugged/cracked secondary
Installed 80to120v adapter to make 120v HSI compatible with 120v board. Replaced 80v igniter with new 120v. System is operating properly at this time. Performed work under parts/labor warranty
Replaced failed igniter under parts/labor warranty. Addressed humidity concerns and found humidifier not programmed into thermostat. Set humidity at 45% per request, currently at 27% and running. System functioning properly at this time
Called out for no air in back bedroom. Found supply run to that room smashed allowing no airflow to register. Supply run is not repairable and will need to be replaced. Spoke with Lou and sent off estimate for approval. Service fee will be waived if repair is approved.
Replaced zone board and discharge sensor. Everything is working well at this time.
Performed furnace tuneup on two systems. This is last visit on current contract. Verified proper operation if both systems with no issues present at this time. Changed customer provided filter.
Performed B2 cleaning on gas furnace. Collector box is leaking from the bottom causing water buildup/rust on bottom shelf. Flame sensor has small crack down left side, after cleaning sensor is still worn. Recommend replacing both before further issues/non-ignition occurs. System is currently operating properly with marked issues. Passed carbon monoxide test at 0ppm. Ordered replacement collector box (non-stocked part) and flame sensor, homeowner scheduled for 1/4/23 830-9 arrival for replacement.
Performed tuneup. System is short cycling due to DAT reading 145+ and shutting off. Checked DCV on DAT and values were accurate with in duct temp reading. Gas pressure rising to 2.74"wc. Before system cycles off. With blower door off system will run for 3-5 minute's before DAT error occurs. Verified both zones open/close when tested. Registered thermostat with AS Home to monitor through AUID. Adjusted damper capacity to 50% for Z1/2 temporarily. Will return 11/11 to perform in depth check as this was scheduled for a cleaning.

Completed C/C on furnace. Cleaned return plenum. Gas pressure was at 3.72 inwc. Adjusted to 3.5 inwc. All readings are within manufacture specs and system is operating correctly at this time.
Completed b2 on Ac. Filter needs replaced and temperature drop is 19.3°. Start assist is within manufacture specs but is nearing manufacture minimum. All readings are within manufacture specs and system is operating correctly at this time.
