Scheduling our seasonal maintenance was easy. Reminders were sent and follow up phone calls were made. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Our A/C is functioning and within charge specs but on the lower side. No hard sell just an informative conversation on what to look for if the charge goes below specs and what to expect if a future service visit is needed. I felt very confident in what was done and when service is needed, they will most certainly be the company to perform the work. 110% satisfied.

Called out for no heat. Found combustion motor locked up and failed causing ignition to not occur. Provided estimates for replacing motor- due to system being 18 years old and operating on phased out R22 refrigerant, advise against part replacement and recommend replacement of system. Scheduled matt out tomorrow to provide replacement options
Homeowner stated master bedroom upstairs had higher airflow then other areas as well as it being hotter upstairs. Equipment is not zoned or variable speed. Thermostat is located downstairs and will cause upstairs to be hotter as heat rises and thermostat is satisfying the demand of the downstairs where it is located. Inspected all accessible ductwork in attic and did not find any kinks or broken ductwork. Airflow os present in all bents, cfm is higher on runs closest to air handler. Advise dampering down vents where airflow is higher to force air into other areas. 1st floor ductwork is between finished ceiling and 2nd floor and not accessible. Performed fall tuneup. This is last visit on contract given with new system purchase. Cleared drain line and verified proper operation of system at this time. Recommend checking filter again in January.

Everything is working well. Heat exchanger does have a lot of damage. Sign of failure. Recommended adding humidifier.
Performed furnace tuneup, this is first visit on new contract. Checked hunidifier and pad is in good quality at this time. Filter was very dirty- ordered more to replace every month. Blower wheel starting to attract buildup due to filtration. Scheduled matt to provide ductless option for loft tomorrow.
B2 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system. Pulled and cleaned blower wheel, cleaned coil in place. Everything is working well at this time.

Board is intermittently not sending correct voltage to the gas valve. Unit is 19 years old. Heat exchanger is showing age and has rusting. No forsure cracks found. Unit will need a board. Multiple burn spots on board.
