Homeowner stated master bedroom upstairs had higher airflow then other areas as well as it being hotter upstairs. Equipment is not zoned or variable speed. Thermostat is located downstairs and will cause upstairs to be hotter as heat rises and thermostat is satisfying the demand of the downstairs where it is located. Inspected all accessible ductwork in attic and did not find any kinks or broken ductwork. Airflow os present in all bents, cfm is higher on runs closest to air handler. Advise dampering down vents where airflow is higher to force air into other areas. 1st floor ductwork is between finished ceiling and 2nd floor and not accessible.
