Performed maintenance on 90 percent furnace. Cleaned condensate trap of debris as well as flushed lines. Cleared pressure switch hose lines. Checked gas pressure in both stages, both testing within factory range, changed filter upon customer request, checked amp draws of inducer as well as blower, both tested well within range, check blower for debris on wheel, found very little. Igniter and flame sensor both checked within factory range, burners were clear of debris, electrical wiring was secure. Furnace operates well at this time
Upon arrival, system was intermittently having combustion vary from first 4 burners to all. When only 4 would ignite, ignition would fail at flame rectification. Gas pressure is within range but there is alot of rust and condensation around gas valve and throughout combustion area. Pulled burners and found corrosion around all burners. Cleaned out to make flame transfer smoother. Cycled system 15x, full combustion occurred across all burners everytime- hesitated on 3rd fire and 12th fire (burner 4to5) but pushed through. If issue occurs again, recommend replacing burner assembly. HSi Is also very close to failure but currently operational. Replaced hsi and purchased membership
B2 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system. The supply trunk above the coil has a lot of growth and it spreading through the duct work. Customer also wants a quote on moving some vents for a remodel.

Replaced sensor and transducer. Adjusted pressures. Everything is working well at this time.
Flue had been pushed out of inducer exhausting into area.
Performed routine maintenance on platinum air handler, everything seems to be performing to factory specification, look amp draws of all three heater banks and all testing within range at this time, checked blower for imbalance, no signs of issue at this time, light dust was found on blower, recommended blower cleaning. Inspected coil for contamination/organic growth, nothing found at this time. Heat pump performed temperature rise within range for rated outdoor temperature currently.
Replaced blower wheel. Installed humidifier. All that’s left is to go through the wall and attach to the water line in the laundry room.

System tripping hpco in both first and second stage heat pump operation. Manually drived eev open and pressures dropped. Suction line transducer jumping on ohm reading after running for a while. Last check had sensor at .3ohms and 95psig, for that pressure level, ohm reading should be at 1.4ohms. Ordered new transducer and temp sensor. Recommend adding surge protection to condenser
W2 wire is none functional to be able to work with existing thermostat. Installed a T6 programmable thermostat. Tested system and everything is working well at this time.
Replaced drain pans and sealed any spot that looked like it could condensate. Everything is working well at this time.
