I used Yelp to find this company after messaging a problem in need. They responded within the hour on a Sunday and called me at 8am Monday and had someone to me by 10am. Juan was very professional and efficient in his work and delivered options to resolve or possibly resolve with price points and time lines. That’s as good as it gets for R&M customer service.
